Refund Policy

‍At GoVivace Inc., we are committed to providing a fair and transparent billing process. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which GoVivace Inc. will issue a refund.

1. UNCONDITIONAL REFUND: We offer an unconditional refund for up to your first $100 spent within 30 days if you are not satisfied with our product. Any voluntary usage past this point will be subject to billing error refunds only

2. BILLING ERROR REFUNDS: Any voluntary, self-serve usage past the $100 unconditional threshold will be subject to billing error refunds only. If you believe there has been an error in billing, please report it to us within 30 days of the transaction by sending an email to Any claims made after 30 days will not be eligible for a refund.

3. INVESTIGATION OF CLAIMS: Upon receiving your claim, our team will investigate by pulling call logs from the call(s) in question and manually checking to see how many minutes of talk time occurred compared to how much was billed for.

4. APPEAL PROCESS: If you disagree with the decision made after our investigation, you may appeal by submitting further evidence to support your claim to

5. DEFINITION OF BILLING ERRORS: Billing errors include  the following scenarios:
  A. A usage time and duration reported by us is more than the actual usage.
  B.  We logged usage that you did not make.

6. REFUND METHOD: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow up to 48 hours for the refund to be processed.

7. ENTERPRISE CONTRACTS AND LICENSED AGENCY PARTNERS: This refund policy applies to all our customers, including those with enterprise contracts and licensed agency partners, unless specified otherwise in their specific contract.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSCRIPTION CHANGES: For pay-as-you-go contracts, there are no cancellations or subscription changes. If you have a subscription agreement, please refer to the agreement for the specific terms.

9.  TRANSACTION COSTS: There are no transaction costs associated with issuing a refund.

At our discretion, we may change our refund policy to reflect updates to our business processes, current acceptable practices, or legislative or regulatory changes. Any changes will be reflected here at the same link by which you are accessing this refund policy.

10. POLICY UPDATES: Any changes to this Refund Policy will be communicated via a notification in your account dashboard. If there is any violation of your agreement, specifically GoVivace Inc’s terms of use, and failure to use remedy such breach within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt of written notice requiring the breach to be remedied; Execution of any illegal operations, including but not limited to scams or fraudulent activities, or upon termination of your Agreement with GoVivace due to a breach, no refund shall be issued by GoVivace Inc.
